Small Gear Motors (Mini Series)

Product Features

• Housing:
  Models 1–4 feature output shaft diameters of 18, 22, 28, and 32 mm,
  with aluminum alloy housings. Models 5–6 feature output shaft diameters
  of 40 and 50 mm, with cast iron housings.
• Gear:
  Gears are made of 40Cr steel, tempered to HB280, precision ground,
  with gear teeth hardened to HRC50 by high-frequency quenching.
  The tooth surfaces are honed, achieving Grade 6 gear accuracy.
• Gear Shaft:
  Made of 20CrMnTi steel, precision ground and carburized to HRC60.
  The tooth surfaces are finish shaved, achieving Grade 6 accuracy.
• Motor Shaft:
  Made of 42CrMo steel, tempered to HB280 and precision ground.
  The gear teeth are hardened to HRC54 by high-frequency quenching,
  with finish shaving of the tooth surfaces to achieve Grade 6 accuracy.
• Bearings:
  High-precision bearings are used in the motor section to ensure
  long-term reliable operation and extended service life.
