Oil has been in service for too long Check the date of the last oil change and replace the oil if necessary.
Oil is heavily contaminated Contact the after-sales service team and replace the oil.
Cooling-medium flow rate is too high or too low on gear units equipped with an oil-cooling system
  • Adjust the inlet and outlet valves.
  • Check that the cooling-water circuit flows freely.
Oil flow through the water cooler is too low Check the oil level and adjust it if necessary.
Oil filter is severely clogged Clean or replace the oil filter.
